A Collaborative Forum dedicated to fostering a growth mindset and improved outcomes in the Bendigo business community.

Membership of this Forum will be by invitation only and will be restricted to business owners and leaders with a commitment to excellence, a proven track record for supplying quality products / services who are ready and hungry for growth

· Target group size: 10 – 15 members

· Bendigo-based

The Group will meet on a monthly basis, as follows:

· Every second month at a 2-hour “Business Excellence Workshop”

o Agenda will include an expert guest speaker, a think tank and a key learnings review.

o Forum will be free for BBG members, their staff and invited guests

o Providing members with the opportunity to meet and interact with guests (prospective clients) in a non-threatening environment

o Guests returning for a second time who are NOT members of BBG will pay $200 (plus booking fee) per registration to attend their second and subsequent workshops

· Every second month at a “members only” forum

o Forum will include KLT Hot Seat presentations by one or two members, problem-solving and planning sessions (as required) and a key learnings implementation review based on the prior month’s Business Excellence Workshop

Members are expected to derive a number of benefits as follows:

1. Business process improvement

2. Generation of warm introductions and referrals based on growing KLT (Know Like and Trust)

3. Creation of a “virtual firm” of complementary experts (allowing members to “dance on a bigger stage”)

4. Problem solving (virtual advisory board)

5. Creation of and participation in a centre of influence in the Bendigo Business Community

6. A refined lead nurturing process (cultivate your prospects by inviting them to a forum rather than pushing them to buy).
