Craig Sounes is the Director and Owner of CPS IT Consulting.
Craig has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, starting his IT career as an IT Support Technician and Microsoft Systems Engineer in South Africa in the late 1990’s. He moved to the UK in 1999 and spent 10 years working for some of the largest Private and Publicly Listed organisations including SAS, Ness Global Services, Hays and Capita.
Craig moved to Melbourne in 2009 and has worked for leading organisations including; Data#3, Viiew and Dimension Data, servicing Small Business through to Global Corporates and Federal Government.
During his career Craig has provided IT Professional Services, Managed Services, Product Services, Staff Augmentation and IT Recruitment Services.
Craig’s industry experience spans; Automotive, Banking and Financial Services, Education, Government (Local and Federal), Health, Mining, Retail and Telco.
Craig has a broad ICT knowledge base across Application and Software Development, Desktop, Networking, Storage, Security, Business Analysis, Change and Transformation, Digital, Architecture, Strategy and Project Management.

We help IT Professionals secure the role they want and improve their presentation, personal and professional skills.
We also help our Clients recruit IT Professionals on Contract or Permanent basis, and help to improve their own Capabilities in Talent Acquistion and Planning.
