I am an international development advocate with over 35 years of global experience working with leading edge technologies and services, particularly in telecommunications, sports and entertainment. I have been involved at senior executive or board levels of companies going public in Australia, Canada and the US. I am a strong advocate for governments and corporations to fully and actively support the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

I’m excited about the convergence of the sport, esport, entertainment and social advocacy industries and am fortunate to have a passionate portfolio of roles in these areas. At FansXR we work with fan controlled 360 XR, 5G, MEC and AI to provide immersive new applications and revenue streams and am very pleased that we have recently been selected, as part of the Hype GVA 2.0 program, by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, St Louis Blues, Vegas Golden Knights, 1. FC Köln, Philadelphia Phillies and FIBA to continue discussions leading to POC and MVP trials.

I’m proud to chair Developing World Technologies, one of Australia’s first companies to sign the UN Global Compact, focused on the provision of environmentally friendly solar lighting to people living off grid as well as for those living in refugee camps, forcibly displaced communities and stateless people.

In addition, I’m delighted to have been a founding board member of the Hockey Hall of Fame Australia, an institution dedicated to preserving our proud history of women’s and men’s ice hockey, to be maintained in perpetuity by the National Archives Australia.

I am also a Global Citizen and proud to have served on the Australian Board for two years. The mission is to build a movement of 100M action-taking Global Citizens to help achieve the shared vision of ending extreme poverty by 2030. Global Citizen is a movement of engaged citizens who are using their collective voice to end extreme poverty by 2030. Across the platform, Global Citizens learn about the systemic causes of extreme poverty, take action on those issues, as part of a global community committed to lasting change.

Finally, I am pleased to be both an active member of the MIT Technology Review Global Panel and Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps and am excited about participating in the Center For Humane Technology and undertaking their Foundations of Humane Technology Course.
