Lawrence actively oversees and sets the strategy for all aspects of the business, with a focus on identifying and acquiring properties that meet strict purchase criteria, establishing the fund strategy, raising capital, asset and portfolio management, financing and investor relations and communication with high net worth individuals, family offices, institutional and overseas clients.
