Luceille’s strategic leadership has seen GEM College establish global relationships in Vocational Education and Training, with GEM Online Campus offering 1,000 courses and 30+ qualifications from Certificate III to Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership. Luceille led the incubation, and managed the R&D for Digislide, which designed and commercialised LED projection systems. She was appointed CEO and led the company to ASX listing during the GFC. Digislide was awarded “Top 100 Global Innovator”, Finalist in “World Technology Awards” (San Francisco), “Innovator of the Year Hand Held Projection” (Singapore) and State finalist and National Merit Recognition in the Australian Information Industry Awards.
In 2012, Luceille led Digislide’s return to private equity. Digislide Australia launched the WeSii projector in 2013, funding R&D in laser projection and smart lighting over the following 5 years. A US patent for “A static solution for reducing laser speckle” was granted.
As a lifelong learner Luceille was awarded the Doctor of Education in December 2019. She has spoken at national/international conferences in USA, Europe and Asia.
She was a finalist in Australia’s Telstra Business Woman of the Year (2000) Awards; Business Woman of the Year Innovation Award (2007) and Hudson Private and Corporate Sector Award (2007).
