With over 20 years of experience in global, medium and start-up businesses, Pearl has chosen to serve the world’s most vulnerable communities through World Vision, and also to bring the joy of giving to donors.
Pearl has also successfully led fundraising operations for disability, health, family services, and research here in Australia. She takes great personal and professional satisfaction from bringing donors and beneficiaries together and seeing the work in action and its amazing results.
Pearl is a community ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and she sits on the committee for Dragons Abreast Sydney, which aims to help improve physical and mental wellbeing after a breast cancer diagnosis.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Stirling (Scotland), a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (UK), and a Certificate in Fundraising from the Fundraising Institute of Australia.
