My approach to cyber security is to assist the executive and the board from a leadership, governance, strategy and risk management perspective. Capable of delivering both strategically and tactically, I work with the leadership team and key business stakeholders to position the business for a digital future, manage technology and cyber risk across the enterprise, enhance the customer experience, address critical cyber challenges, and deliver a superior cyber security posture, lower risk exposure, and improved maturity.
During my career I successfully led/directed multiple transformation and digital technologies programs of work including demerger separation, post-merger consolidation and integration. To succeed in delivering the projected outcomes for the organization, I lead by example (with humility and empathy) embracing innovation, creativity, and diversity – encouraging staff to focus on excellence and delivering customer benefits.
